All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $60. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order at any time directly on our website or through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

6. Customs & Import Duties

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Shaimr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@shaimr.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shaimr.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
