RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Shaimr, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in their original packaging
- Gift sets that have been opened
How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@shaimr.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shaimr.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order and place a new order.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
