We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery — no complicated process, no questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at shaimrsav@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a brief reason for your return
- We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions and a return address
Return Conditions
✦ Products must be returned in their original packaging
✦ Partially used products are accepted under our satisfaction guarantee — you don't need to finish the product to request a refund
✦ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
✦ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at shaimrsav@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product and/or packaging
- A brief description of the issue
In this case, we will cover return shipping and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Non-Refundable Situations
✦ Returns requested after the 30-day window
✦ Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidents
✦ Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been fulfilled. Contact us immediately at shaimrsav@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to the return process above.
