What makes SHAIMR different from other haircare brands?
SHAIMR was created by a woman who spent years searching for products that truly work without compromising hair health. Our Keratin Collection combines Hydrolyzed Keratin with botanicals like Rosemary Oil, Peppermint and Shea Butter to strengthen the look of hair, nourish and protect. Our formulas are FDA compliant, paraben-free and inspired by French beauty expertise. Our Keratin Collection is made in the USA in our US laboratory.
Are your products FDA compliant?
Yes. All SHAIMR products comply with FDA cosmetic regulations and are manufactured in ISO 22716 certified facilities. We work with two laboratories, one in the United States and one in Europe: our Keratin Collection is made in the USA, and our Lagoon collection is made in Italy. Full ingredient lists are shown on each product page.
Are your products suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Our products are designed for all hair types — fine, thick, curly, straight, color-treated or chemically processed.
Are your products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes. Our Keratin Collection is sulfate-free and color-safe, cleansing and nourishing without stripping color.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. SHAIMR products contain no animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals.
Are your products nut-free?
Yes, our products are formulated without nut-derived ingredients. Some Lagoon products contain wheat protein — always check the ingredient list if you have allergies.

How to Use
How do I build my SHAIMR ritual?
- Step 1 — Prep: Deep Cleanse Scalp Scrub (once a week)
- Step 2 — Cleanse: Keratin Volume Boost Shampoo (every wash day)
- Step 3 — Condition: Keratin Volume Boost Conditioner (every wash day)
- Step 4 — Treat: Keratin Intensive Rescue Hair Mask (1–2x per week, in place of conditioner)
- Step 5 — Nourish: Rosemary Hair & Scalp Strengthening Oil (3–5x per week)
- Step 6 — Protect: Aura Shield Keratin Hair Mist (daily, on damp or dry hair)
How long before I see results?
Many people notice softer, shinier and more manageable hair within the first few uses. Results vary from person to person and depend on consistent use.
Can I use all 6 products together?
Yes — that's how they're designed to be used. Each product is formulated to complement the others.
Ingredients & Safety
Do your products contain sulfates or parabens?
None of our products contain parabens. Our Keratin Collection is sulfate-free. Lagoon Wash Gloss Shampoo uses Sodium Coco-Sulfate, a coconut-derived cleanser, for a fresh, clarifying wash.
Where can I find the full ingredient list?
Ingredient lists are shown on each product page. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, review the list before purchasing or contact us at shaimrsav@gmail.com. We recommend a patch test before first use.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from the SHAIMR laboratory closest to you. All US orders ship from our US laboratory — no customs, no import fees, just like any US-based brand.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery then takes 3–5 business days, or 1–2 business days with Express. Our dry shampoo ships by ground only. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard US shipping is $6.99 and free on orders over $60. Express shipping is $14.99. International rates are shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement. See our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I return a product?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as long as they have not shipped. Contact us immediately at shaimrsav@gmail.com with your order number.
