2. Products

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use on hair and scalp only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results may vary from person to person. We recommend a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional. Packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify; we never store your full card details.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If this happens after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (14 days from delivery, unopened items only).
