2. Products

All Shaimr products are cosmetic formulas manufactured in the United States in compliance with FDA cosmetic regulations. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Orders & Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Shipping

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our US laboratory. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Shaimr products are for external cosmetic use only. Keep out of reach of children. Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All content on shaimrcare.com — including product names (Aura Shield, Rosé Elixir, Glass Mask, Solar Wash, Ether Silk, Mineral Sands) and the Silk Alchemy Ritual — is the exclusive property of Shaimr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaimr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, where Shaimr is founded and legally registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
