Where We Ship From

All shaimr orders are fulfilled and shipped from our certified US laboratory and warehouse. We do not ship from overseas — your order is processed domestically, just like any US-based brand. No customs delays. No import fees.

US Shipping — Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping — 2–5 business days
Expedited Shipping — 1–2 business days (where available)

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Please note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions are offered from time to time — subscribe to our email list to be notified.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package in real time via the carrier's website.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at shaimrsav@gmail.com.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shaimrsav@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

shaimr is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather conditions, or events outside of our control. However, we will always do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shaimrsav@gmail.com. We can update your address within 24 hours of your order, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

shaimr is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Orders

At this time, shaimr primarily serves customers in the United States. If you are ordering from outside the US, please be aware that additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
